Savour Chef Josh Niland’s respectful homage to Chinese New Year flavours reimagined in FYSH at EDITION.

 

FYSH welcomes the festivity, solicitoously laced with oriental touches to herald the season. A salad pays homage to traditional yusheng, while noodles extend the symbolism of longevity. Mains present Coconut Water Cooked Wagyu Beef Chuck Rib and Steamed Murray Cod, cooked in the restaurant's signature style, enlivened with Asian ingredients.
